Continued congratulations on being a Chairman’s Circle member! We are so excited to celebrate your awesomeness. Soon enough, you and your guest can pack your bags to attend our 37^th Annual Chairman’s Circle event, July 10-13, 2023, at the Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, Kiawah Island, SC.

We are very much looking forward to seeing everyone in person to celebrate your outstanding achievements from 2022. You and a guest are invited to join us at the Sanctuary at Kiawah Island for a 3-night stay that includes a fantastic agenda of receptions, business sessions, hosted activities and explorations of the gorgeous surroundings in South Carolina!

Coldwell Banker will cover the cost of 3 hotel nights for yourself and your guest at the Kiawah Resort. Please use the RSVP to confirm your arrival and departure dates, and we will make your hotel reservations. If you would like to request additional nights, please do so within your RSVP, and we will confirm availability shortly. Thereafter, note that added hotel nights are at your expense, and the added nights are approximately $580 USD/night++. 

Coldwell Banker will cover the cost of airfare for yourself and a guest. Please book your airfare by calling Travel Leaders at 800.701.5195. Travel Leaders is available Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST. When calling, please note that you are part of the Coldwell Banker 2023 Chairman’s Circle Event, taking place in Kiawah Island, SC, and provide your name for booking. Please plan to fly into Charleston International Airport (CHS)*. Please book your airfare by Friday, June 2, to attend the event.

ATTIRE

Attire for the event is resort casual. Please refer to your chosen afternoon 7/11 activity for outdoor clothing if applicable. Additional information will be provided closer to the event for specific evening functions.

Get ready for an adventure through the breathtakingly beautiful Monterey Peninsula! Your guests will first be fitted with specialized 21-speed hybrid bicycles and helmets. Led by professional, trained cycling guides, your guests will pedal along the recreation trail along colorful Cannery Row, past the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and along the beautiful Monterey Peninsula coastline. Your guests will ride past Asilomar State Beach and Point Pinos Lighthouse, then enter the Del Monte Forest and spectacular 17-Mile Drive. The route ride will continue to Bird Rock and Seal Rock before returning to the starting point. Your guests are guaranteed an afternoon of healthy fun, scenic beauty and refreshing ocean air!
